§ 45-96. Interruptible gas service.

(a)

Initial service charge. A tap fee will be based city's actual cost to install service line and meter set.

(b)

Availability. Anywhere on the existing city system both inside and outside the corporate limits where sufficient capacity is available. Additional capacity may be made available made available by main line extension on a case by case assessment.

(c)

Applicability. This rate schedule is only available to customers whose annual natural gas requirements are greater than 40,000 Mcf and are willing for gas service to be interrupted when interruptible gas is not available.

Monthly base charge will be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.

(2)

City distribution fee will be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.

(3)

The charge for the cost of gas per Mcf may vary monthly and shall be based on all applicable commodities, pipeline, and other gas charges associated with the purchase of natural gas for delivery to the customer.
