§ 45-95. Large volume users.

(a)

Initial service charge. A tap fee will be based city's actual cost to install service line and meter set.

(b)

Availability. Anywhere on the existing city system both inside and outside the corporate limits where sufficient capacity is available. Additional capacity may be made available by main line extension on a case by case assessment.

(c)

Applicability. Applicable to any large volume customer whose annual natural gas requirements are greater than 2,000 Mcf.

Monthly base charge will be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.

(2)

City distribution fee will be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.

(3)

The charge for the cost of gas per Mcf may vary monthly and shall be based on all applicable commodities, pipeline, and other gas charges associated with the purchase of natural gas for delivery to the customer.
