§ 4-165. Place of sale or delivery.

(a)

No retail dealer shall sell or deliver any to any person except in such retail dealer's place of business. A retail dealer shall be permitted to load purchased goods in a customer's vehicle when the sale physically takes place and monies have been exchanged inside the place of business.

(b)

No drive-in windows or curb service shall be permitted for selling alcoholic beverages.
