§ 43-59. Speed detection devices.

  • The city is authorized to use speed detection devices for the purpose of traffic control on the roads and streets in the city. Such speed detection devices shall be used only for the purpose of public safety and traffic control, and shall not be used for the purpose of raising revenue.
