§ 37-30. Enforcement.

(a)

The city manager, mayor or their agents shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this article. He shall inspect and regulate the operations of private collectors and private transportation and disposal systems to ensure that such operations are in compliance with the provisions of this article.

(b)

All regulatory actions of the city manager, mayor or their agents shall be subject to the review of the city council.

(c)

Any person aggrieved by the action of the city manager, mayor or their agents shall have the right to appeal to the city council, who may, upon hearing, confirm, modify, or revoke such action.
