§ 12-218. Inspection of premises.

No bed and breakfast license shall be granted to any applicant until the bed and breakfast premises has been inspected by the office of the building inspector in accordance with all applicable building codes and ordinances of the city and has been reviewed and approved by the mayor and the city council.
