§ 12-196. Location and building.

The location of a pawnbroker or dealer establishment shall comply with the city's zoning code.
(1)

The building for pawnbroker shall comply the city's development regulations.

(2)

No pawnbroker shall be located within 1,000 feet of any parcel of land upon which another pawnbroker or dealer regulated or defined under this article is located.
