§ 10-460. Maintenance, record drawings and certification requirements.

  • (a)

    Maintenance. Installation and maintenance of all soil erosion and sedimentation control practices, whether temporary or permanent, on or off the project site, shall be at all times the responsibility of the property owner.

    (b)

    Record drawings. Upon completion of soil erosion and sedimentation control measures and stabilization of all disturbed areas, the property owner shall cause the registered professional engineer, architect, landscape architect, or land surveyor responsible for the project to prepare and submit four copies of record drawings showing the actual as-constructed soil erosion and sediment control measures.

    (c)

    Certifications. Upon completion of soil erosion and sedimentation control measures and stabilization of all disturbed areas, the property owner shall cause the registered professional engineer, architect, landscape architect, or land surveyor responsible for the project to submit signed and sealed certification that the completed soil erosion and sediment control measures are in substantial compliance with the approved plan and permit conditions. A separate certification shall be submitted for completed retaining walls, if applicable.
