§ 10-95. Unified zoning board.

For purposes of this article, the unified zoning board shall serve as the construction board of adjustment and appeals. The unified zoning board shall have the power to hear the appeals of decisions and interpretations of the building official and consider variances of the state minimum standard codes more specifically as listed in sections 10-96 through 10-100.
