§ 10-43. Swimming pools.

Any swimming pool shall be enclosed with a fence that is in compliance with the state minimum standard code (International Residential Code) and shall comply with the requirements of the zoning ordinance. Public swimming pools must also comply with applicable regulations of the county board of health.
